Nicole recently began her mobile diagnostics business, Louisiana Voice & Swallow Solutions, to offer individuals in South Louisiana the absolute best diagnostics available today. Helping people to eat and swallow safely, as well as effectively communicate with family and friends, directly impacts a person’s social and emotional well-being. Nicole’s focus is to improve a person’s quality of life by providing proper diagnostics and individualized recommendations and strategies.

During her undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Nicole Townley Williams was a member of the LSU ROTC Tiger Battalion and was quickly commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant. Nicole also served in the Louisiana Army National Guard as an Engineer Officer in multiple capacities. Following the attacks on September 11, 2001, Nicole proudly served with the 769th Engineer Battalion in Bagram, Afghanistan. Upon her return, Nicole completed graduate school at LSU and began her career as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Nicole’s service, experience, and dedication to her country have fostered an unyielding passion for the well-being of people in her community. As an SLP, Nicole has experience in skilled nursing facilities, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, acute care hospitals, and home health. Her heart has always been drawn toward home health, specifically in her personal commitment to increasing the patient’s access to high-quality care for individuals in her community. In order to provide exceptional diagnostics and treatment, Nicole has gained advanced training and certifications in VitalStim® Therapy, Lee Silverman Voice Treatment – LOUD (LSVT LOUD), McNeill Dysphagia Therapy Program (MDTP), AmpCare, Vital Stim, and Alternative Augmentative Communication.
