His Australian Home Improvement business IPO’ed on the ASX with a market capitalization of $315 Million and he moved his family to New Orleans and founded Home Buyer Louisiana. His business acquires problem properties direct from homeowners to flip or add to his rental portfolio. He has a rental portfolio spanning 3 states in Australia and Louisiana.
